Organization Strategy 
Education Empowerment Centre (EEC), established in 2016, is one of the leading member based non-governmental organization (NGO) with the primary aim of contributing to sustainable national development. The main focus of EEC is to promote qualitative of basic education and social development and to improve access to resources and services.
EEC has been working towards ensuring children’s right through the quality of basic education is the core objective of this organization. Working in close collaboration with the Nepal government, others NGOs and INGOs. EEC is registered at Kavrepalanchok District Administration Office (Registration Number 1880/073/74) under the Organization Registration Act 2034 of Nepal and is also affiliated to the Social Welfare Council.

Our Goals
This firm has successfully launched the below mentioned programs under the economic and technical support from local bodies, institutions and UNICEF Nepal.
• Children will actively participate and enjoy their learning process across curricular, co and extra-curricular activities in their full potentials.
• Teachers will empower with effective classroom organization, planning and facilitating teaching-learning by ensuring children’s increased time-on-task.
• Parents and teachers will work together to ensure academic as well as the social development of children.
• School will be accountable for collaborative meeting and planning, effective administration and ensuring availability of essential resources, and social audit.
• School leaders and stakeholders (local school governing bodies/committees and community members) will keenly participate in planning, monitoring of the quality, and self-assessing of the achievements.
• Social stakeholders will work together to improve the health sanitation drinking water and to save the child and women

Organization structure
EEC has its own organogram that helps to run organization and project.
The EEC managed by a Governing Board (Executive Committee) and an Executive Director manages the day-to-day affairs in the Secretariat. The General Assembly is the organization's supreme body which elects the Board of Executives. The Advisory Committee supports the Executive Committee in formulating the policies and strategies.
